ORGANIZATION OF A QUARTERLY MEETING
Two or more churches wishing to organize a Quarterly Meeting shall appoint three delegates for that purpose and request, of an adjoining Quarterly Meeting; a council of not than five members and one ordained minister which will meet with the delegates and proceed:
1. To examine the delegates respecting the Christian character and doctrines of their respective churches, and the right reason for such an organization as desired.
2. To offer the right hand of fellowship and consecrating prayer
3. The election of a moderator, clerk, and treasurer, and then proceed with such business as may come before it.
4. Delegates are elected to some Yearly Meeting or Association of the Freewill Baptists, and instructed for membership in one body.
